Sourced from fruit closer to the Sulphur Springs Creek, 'Los Compadres' is a combined expression of Clone 4 and Clone 337 all planted on Rootstock 110R - the hallmark combination of great Beckstoffer wines. More fruit forward than the other Carter Cellars Beckstoffer Las Piedras wines it showcases a full rich bold palate of blue and black cherry fruits infused with wet earth and sandalwood undertones. When matched with our signature barrel program, this wine ends with a textural finish that is rich and deep and sure to keep you longing for more.
