From the former blocks of Beckstoffer To Kalon contracted by Schrader Cellars, 'The F.RED' is a combination of clone 6 and 337 from the back part of the vineyard. Dense and purple-hued, with loads of black cherry fruit matched with mocha and creme de cassis - there is a remarkable purity of fruit to this wine. While this is a powerhouse of a wine loaded with fruit and richness, it still glides across the palate with little sensation of weight until it finishes with silky concentrated tannins.
