Truchard Vineyard Merlot 2010

Heralding from the Truchard Estate Vineyard in the Carneros region in Napa, this is a Merlot for Cabernet drinkers. One’s eye is drawn to its bright red-ruby color and one’s nose is taken by aromas of high-toned dark berry fruits. Lush and chocolatey in the mouth, it conveys a dried-fruit character as well as nutty and cedeary components. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and a hint of dryness.

Again this is a Merlot for Cabernet drinkers.

All 2010 wines will ship in Fall 2012.
